The Strategy Session is for you if you are just starting out and would like to understand the options available to you.  We’ll meet face to face or by phone. You'll have a better understanding of the possible land use options for your site.  

The Preliminary Site Assessment is for you if you have a project in mind and some fairly specific questions. We’ll get started by getting some preliminary information about your project and your site and I’ll provide some specific guidance (in writing) on your questions and a framework for next steps and associated land use application processes.
